Jake has given us service that I thought was a thing of the past. He did everything possible to solve the mystery of why our tire went flat..and then put new tires on when we knew we needed them. We are now two women in their 80's who will be safe and who will trust their car service to Jake and his crew. Thank you for having such great people working for you. Always get excellent, honest service at Goodyear on Cathell Rd in Berlin. Mike Bloodsworth treats the customer with respect and is willing to talk through options when service is needed on my older vehicles. Don the manager is always willing to do the right by the customer if an unexpected issue arises. I don't take my two vehicles anywhere else.
I drove to the store with a completely flat rear tire. Bryan checked it and got me right in to have the tire and the one opposite replaced. Great work and friendly service!!
