I have my Tundra and my wife's Lincoln..the service writers are best in class, professional, engaging, and genuinely ready to ensure that you have a positive experience. George, Jake, Bryan, and Dmitry are outstanding with customer service. The techs take their time to ensure it's right the first time with repairs. If you are not satisfied they will not hesitate to redo the problem until the customer is satisfied.
