My truck went into "limp mode" with a check engine light so I pulled into the Cathell Rd station. Everything was explained to me clearly and the price was unbelievably low. Many thanks!
I came up to see a friend but needed to leave at 4am to be at a meeting in D.C. by 11am. I woke up to a steadily deflating tire so I was not able to leave Berlin at the intended time. This shop opened at 7am and they had my car in by 7:10am and had the tire fixed within an hour. I was able to make the meeting and I am so appreciative to this shop! They were incredible courtesy and multiple people checked on me multiple times while I waited. A very big thank you to the staff.
I take all three of vehicles here, they have an amazing staff and they are always very professional. I have referred my co-workers because I can trust that they will do great work for them as well, I will continue to a loyal customer of theirs for years to come.
