My Continental tires were cupping and was making a whining sound at high speeds. I was told cupping is not a warranty item. However, I contacted Continental and was told to take to Ocean Tire. Glen had tires inspected and called Continental and was able to get a $50 credit for each tire. I needed 2 rear tires. Thanks to Glen for speaking with the Continental rep. Two new tires, new shocks, and 4 wheel alignment, car drives great, THANKS GLEN!
Cesar was great. Polite and efficient. It did not take long for my tire to be repaired. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with.
