I am a repeat customer because I drive more than 15000 miles per year. That's tire changes, balancing, nails everywhere, oil changes, etc. but OAT in Millsboro always takes excellent care of me and my vehicles and I am a loyal customer. Bryan, Matt, & George have always been honest, diligent, informative professionals and their mechanics do excellent reliable work to fix and finish my vehicles properly and on-time. I also bring them my X-Model Tesla for tire care. They are 5-star !!
My 2009 Toyota Yaris was making a funny noise. Staying in Ocean Pines on a 2 week visit a car repair was the last thing we wanted. John did an excellent job of guiding me through what needed to be done and why as well as explaining the warranty on the work. He scheduled it, parts were ordered and work completed in the promised time line. Back in Baltimore now, car running great. Thank you John and the whole Ocean Area Tires team. My phone wouldn’t let me click on stars. I would give 5 stars!
Yes I keep coming back with my old 2000 Sebring. Service has always been good. Unless I move away from Ocean Pines I will I will continue to use your service. Thank you for the last 12 years or service.
Have used Ocean Area Tire for years and have always found the staff helpful and suggestive for any service my vehicle required. Not only have my regular maintenance done there but also purchase all my tires. Great place to do business with. Highly recommend.
They are always honest, helpful and reliable. I like that they offer pickup and drop off which helps me a lot!
