We came down to Ocean City for our family vacation and on the way down our sensor said we needed air in our tire. Ended up being a nail and the tire couldn't be fixed. They gave us several options and were not pushy at all. Ended up just buying 4 new tires so we could start our vacation and not have to worry about it anymore. Michael did a fantastic job and finished the job in a timely fashion. Thank you for getting us back on the road to enjoy our vacation worry free and for getting us back home safe and sound!
I have been going to this Ocean View location to service my Honda and Mini for years. As with many during 2020, I stayed at home, and so on a Thursday Ieft my Honda for a a brake inspection and some minor repairs, replace air filters a radiator flush, etc. When I returned to pickup the car it was about closing time. All is great with my repairs, but what I observed was a couple from New York with a flat tire, that were returning to New York after a beach visit, when they barely made it to the shop parking lot. The couple were hot and in distress. One of the workers took the spare tire from the under carriage of their pickup truck and changed the flat tire. He did this while he was off the clock, meaning he was on the way home, but stopped to help people in need. They had to stay extra an extra night, but we're told to come back at 7 am on Saturday and their flat tire would be fixed. Knowing the worker was off the clock, the couple offered a tip, but the Ocean Tire worker waved them away and would not accept the tip. That tells you a lot about the people at Ocean Tire in Ocean View. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great service with a smike, and help to anyone in need. I salute the folks at Ocean Tire. We unexpectedly needed a back tire while on our last night on vacation and decided stop here. John greeted us at the service desk. He managed to get us in and out a tire to get safely home back to Baltimore. We are very pleased with the service we received.
The work on my vehicle was done ahead of time promised. All my questions were answered and assurance that my vehicle was in good condition eased my mind. With the addition of pick-up and drop off service, if needed, you are in good hands.
