I took my car in to have 'tires rotated' and ended up PURCHASING 4....LOL!!! Just wanted You to know that as USUAL my EXPERIENCE with the 'service' here, withOUT exception was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end..."OAT" was my technician and I want to make certain he gets my "thanks" as well... Had the oil and filter changed. I appreciated that they allowed me to provide my own brand of oil/filter. Jason, John and Matt did a very good job
Matt was very helpful in following through with my request to contact my extended warranty company to facilitate reimbursement for part of my costs. He also helped to reset my radio and navigation system for car pick up.
