My wife works with special needs children for the Indian River School District and travels to multiple schools each day. While leaving Lord Baltimore Elementary this morning, she saw one of her tires going flat. I called and spoke to Ryan and he got her car in right away, patched the tire and she was able to go to her next school to work with another child on time. This is the kind of outstanding customer service that every business should aspire to. Thank you very much, Ocean Area Tire!!

Wonderful shop, wonderful people! Thanks Russ and the rest of your staff for handling my emergency. I am driving to Philadelphia Airport to fly to Alaska tomorrow. Took car out to store and PSI on back tire was 9! Had only filled it yesterday! Brought the car over. Luckily they had 2 different brands of tires which would fit, and had the tires on in less than an hour. Fair price fast service!

I was very surprised how nice and warm the waiting room was with every detail thought out for my comfort from a kids area with plenty of toys to a variety of food including fresh fruit and drinks. They provide for the pets offering treats and water for them too. A place to charge the phone, blankets in case you get cold, umbrella if it is raining. Seriously, I have not seen this before anywhere. Clearly they care about the customer experience on all levels. And they did a great job taking care of my car. So 5 stars it is!!

I have used the services of the Bay Farm Rd store for tire repair and oil changes for several years. Great personnel and service. Highly recommend this store.
