Had appointment on Tuesday morning and they took my car right on time . I have been at this location many times and have always been treated with respect. The people are very friendly and will continue to do work with them.
The staff (Mike and Steve) at Ocean Area Tires on Rt 26 are both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, a rare combination in general, but special when you are searching for a repair shop for an unexpected problem at the Delaware beaches. Recently the side panel over the gas tank on my Jaguar XF became jammed. I was low on gas and worried how I would get back to Maryland for work on Monday. The Jag dealer never returned my calls, and DE car dealerships were useless. Then I remembered the shop on Rt 26 that had been effective with a tire problem on my spouse’s car in a past year. Mike told me to come on in. Within minutes of my arrival he got the panel open and sent me on my way. Thanks guys!!
In for a scheduled tire rotation. Had me in and out in less than an hour, in the middle of the summer. Excellent service, staff, and wait room amenities.
My family and I were on vacation at Bethany beach and had a rear break caliper lock up.. The garage stayed late to repair my van so we can return home safely the next day. I am very thankful the staff cared enough to ensure my family was safe on our drive home.
