I went to the shop to have a patch put on my tire I was told a patchCan't be put on where the nail went in. that was not true . I was told I would have to buy a new tire.So I left and went Somewhere else.patch was done. Oc tire is Very dishonest .
I have a parasitic battery draw. I asked them if they did this kind of repairs. They replied yes. I left my vehicle for 4 days. They did not fix the problem and said it was out of their line of service but they have to charge me $227 dollars for labor. I ask them if they could cut some of the cost because you didn't fix the problem. He said we can't do this. Well they lost a good customer because I have 3 vehicles and always brought them there. Will never go back.
