Everyone was courteous. The man who did the tire install did a great job. I had a difficult time of applying for the $80 tire credit by opening a Goodyear credit card due to information not being entered correctly as per the information on my application. It took one gentleman over a half hour to straighten it out the next day.
This was my first time visiting this store. I was very impressed with the customer service. I was helped out immediately with no appointment and my new tire installed and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this Ocean Area for any tire needs. Place was very busy
Great service..... The knowledge of the front desk person. On Friday speaking to a front desk person could not answer my question. Saturday the front desk rep had my answer in seconds. I depend on reliable answer for I'm illiterate with most car repair
