Great service. Only minus is that I was not told when I made my appointment that my appointment was a 'drop off'. So while I took a walk and came back after an hour the vehicle was still sitting in the same place where I left it. Then it took another hour before I could take it home....
I came in for routine oil chg. & tire rotation. I added a service of cleaning headlights. Matt was the service technician & did a fantastic job. They are clean, clear & shine. The only complaint I have is upon leaving it wasn’t mentioned that tires did not get rotated. It would been nice to understand why. The explanation was in my paperwork, but I should have been told. Kudos to Matt thought!
This place is a gem!!!! John; the manager is so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I brought my 2020 Honda in for an oil change and I will be back for any other services that the car might need. Michael, the technician was very skillful as well. they even leave a surprise gift for your car.....
