The team at Ocean Area Tire on Cathell Rd in Berlin were total professionals, friendly, and good at what they do. I had an early morning breakdown and was towed in and worried about the "consumer beware" horror stories you hear about tire service outlets. Well hat's off to John Kolasa and the team in Berlin - they worked me in within about an hour even though they had a full slate, fixed my lesser problem in less than another hour and had me back on the road at a reasonable, fair price. I highly recommend this shop and the team, with special accolades for John and the technician Frank Digiacomo - THANK YOU!!

Went in with a flat tire and ended up with a new service garage. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Plus the waiting area is comfortable. All close to home.
