I made an appointment for my cooling system to be checked, as well as my tires. I was told elsewhere that I might need new tires. I was able to leave my car, as I live nearby. I received a call later saying that I did need new refrigerant and how much the service would cost; I gave my consent. When I picked up my car I was told that I really didn't need new tires, even though they had a sale at the time. I was pleased with the whole process. What more could I ask for?
