Cesar was great. Polite and efficient. It did not take long for my tire to be repaired. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with.
The team at Ocean Area Tire was fantastic. We were staying near there during the holidays and were 6 hours from home. We had a slow leaking tire and were concerned we'd get a flat on our long drive home, so we took it to Ocean Area Tire the day before our trip, with very short notice for the appointment. They were able to accommodate our timeline and completed a thorough review of the issue. Rather than simply telling us that we needed a new tire, they found a small nail and were able to patch in a way that permanently fixed it. We're more than two weeks later and their fix is still working fine. It was also cost efficient, as that only cost us about $35. Cesar was very hands on and helpful.
